Inspiring read, I have never thought of UX as high quality, mostly i have been taking it as a necessity. Now I acknowledge that not everything I present as a designer will be accepted, but i should be persuasive and mindful enough to ensure that they are well understood by my clients.

Glad you are inspired - sometimes I fear I'm a bit of a downer. Tough love isn't for everyone!

I'm always mystified when someone who works in UX gets frustrated explaining something. It's the central thing we do for users: explain things! We never blame users but somehow we find it easy to blame coworkers. It's fascinating.
